Diet! - Week Eight
After hitting a low of 312 last week, I found myself plateau’d at 316 for almost this entire week. But, towards the end of the week, the plateau gave way and I weighed in at 315 yesterday and 311 today. 311 is a new low for me, so I’m calling this week at 311. Hoping to get to 309 this week. If I avoid any mishaps, that should be possible.
OVERALL WEIGHT LOST: 21 pounds.
WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: 1 pound. Though, considering I spent most of the week around 316, really 5.
