You said in your debate with Kokesh that weed is harmless/fun and awesome. While I agree with the last two what do you say about the new studies coming out showing how smoking weed in adolescence lowers your IQ? Would that not be a form of harm and a case for regulation of marijuana?

I wonder what the studies did to preclude the possibility that stupid people are more likely to smoke in their adolescence? Do the researchers understand this mind-nullifying effect physiologically, or are they merely postulating?

At any rate, weed only has these alleged effects on adolescent users, so if there were to be regulation on the basis of that evidence, it should simply be an age restriction.
